Scorpio and Pisces Tattoo Meaning: What Does It Symbolize?

Okay, so I’ve been thinking about getting a new tattoo for a while now, and I’ve finally decided to go for it. I’m a Pisces, and my partner is a Scorpio. We’ve been together for five years, and our relationship is pretty intense, in a good way! We’re both really into astrology, so I thought it would be cool to get a tattoo that represents our signs and our connection.

First, I did a bunch of research online, you know, just Googling stuff like “Pisces and Scorpio tattoo ideas”. I found some interesting articles about the meanings behind these signs. Apparently, Scorpios are all about passion, transformation, and mystery, while Pisces are known for their empathy, intuition, and artistic nature. It’s funny, because that actually describes us pretty well!

Then I started looking at different designs. I wanted something that wasn’t too obvious, but still captured the essence of our signs. I looked at water-themed designs, you know, for the water sign element. Also, some constellation motifs. But I didn’t want to use the Scorpio sign because it looks like a bad guy and a nasty little critter.

I found some cool images of two fish swimming in opposite directions, which is the symbol for Pisces. And I also looked at some designs that incorporated the planets Mars and Pluto, since they’re associated with Scorpio. I liked the idea of combining these elements in a unique way.

After browsing through tons of images, I finally found a design that I really liked. It’s a watercolor-style tattoo that shows two fish, one dark blue and one light blue, swirling around each other in a circle. The dark blue fish has some red accents, which represents the Mars and Pluto influence. It’s simple, but elegant, and I think it really captures our relationship.

Next, I had to find a good tattoo artist. I asked some friends for recommendations, and I also checked out some local artists’ portfolios online. I found this one artist who specializes in watercolor tattoos, and her work looked amazing. So I booked a consultation with her.

During the consultation, I showed her the design I liked, and we talked about the size and placement. I decided to get the tattoo on my left shoulder blade. It’s a spot that’s easy to show off or cover up, depending on what I’m wearing.

Finally, the day of the appointment arrived! I was a little nervous, but mostly excited. The artist was really nice and professional. She cleaned the area and applied the stencil. Then she started tattooing. It hurt a bit, but it wasn’t too bad. The whole process took about two hours.

When it was done, I was so happy with the result! The tattoo looked even better than I had imagined. The colors were vibrant, and the lines were clean. It was exactly what I wanted.

Here are some details about the tattoo:

  • Design: Two fish (one dark blue, one light blue with red accents) swirling in a circle.
  • Style: Watercolor.
  • Placement: Left shoulder blade.
  • Size: About 4 inches in diameter.

I’ve had the tattoo for a few weeks now, and I absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful piece of art, and it’s also a meaningful symbol of my relationship. Every time I look at it, it reminds me of my partner and the special bond we share. I feel a deep connection every time I see it.
