Today, I got my hands on this beautiful stone called “amethyst white.” I heard it’s got some cool vibes, so I decided to give it a try and see what the hype is all about.
First off, I just held the amethyst in my hand during my usual meditation time. It felt nice and grounding. I usually have a hard time quieting my mind, but with the amethyst, it seemed a bit easier to focus and relax. I sat there, breathing in and out, and after a while, I did feel more chilled out than usual.
- Meditate with the amethyst.
- Place it under the pillow when sleeping.
- Carry it around in my pocket.
Next, I tried something I read online—I put the amethyst under my pillow before going to sleep. I don’t know if it was just me, but I think I slept a bit more soundly that night. No crazy dreams, just a good, solid sleep. I woke up feeling pretty refreshed, which is not always the case.
I also started carrying the amethyst around in my pocket during the day. Whenever I felt a bit stressed or anxious, I’d reach in and hold it for a few minutes. It’s like a little reminder to take a deep breath and calm down. I’m not sure if it’s the stone itself or just the act of doing something mindful, but it did seem to help me manage my stress a bit better.
Then, I got into this “third eye” thing. They say amethyst can activate your third eye, which is supposed to be all about intuition and perception. I don’t know about all that, but I did try focusing on my forehead during meditation while holding the amethyst. Honestly, I didn’t feel any magical openings or anything, but it was a nice way to direct my focus inward.
Wrap up
So, that’s my little experiment with amethyst white. It’s a pretty stone, and it did seem to have a calming effect on me. I’ll probably keep using it in my meditation and maybe even under my pillow. If you’re into crystals or just looking for ways to relax and de-stress, it might be worth giving it a shot!
